RESUMING SERVICES

UPDATED COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR CONGREGANTS (CHURCH SERVICES)

We are NOW OPEN for all services, in-person, live in our building—with strict Ohio State required and CDC recommended physical distancing protocols.

Join us on Sundays, 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM and on Wednesday evenings @ 7:00 PM. All services will also continue to be livestreamed as well as in person.

Until further notice, there will be no Children's Church, Sunday School, Nursery, or other children's services. We welcome children of all ages, regardless. While you are here, we ask that all children comply with all physical distancing protocols.

  • We will be asking each person in attendance to use hand sanitizer upon entering our facilities.

  • We will be using a no-touch infrared thermometer to check temperatures upon entry.

  • We ask that you wash hands frequently while you are here.

  • We will seat same-residence families together, while maintaining physical distancing space from other attendees.

  • We will not be passing offering plates, rather our Ushers will hold them our for you at all times so that you can give without touching the plates.

  • We ask that you refrain from hugging and hand shaking.

  • If you are sick or have any symptoms, we ask that you remain home and continue joining us online, until you have been fever/symptom free for 3 days.

  • We ask that you remain home and continue to join us online, until all restrictions have been lifted if you are elderly, high risk/at risk, or in any way immunocompromised (weakened immune system).

  • If you have objections or are unable to follow these protocols, we ask that you remain home and continue joining us online until all restrictions and the 'Stay Safe Ohio order'  has been lifted.

UPDATES PER GOVERNOR DEWINE (STATE OF OHIO) AS OF 11/17/2020

Governor DeWine recently reissued a mandatory mask order for the state of Ohio. This includes congregant areas. In an effort to keep everyone safe during church services, we will continue with our current mask policy.

You will see signs reminding you that facial coverings are required posted at our front and side entrances and in the lobby.

We do, of course, want to remind you of our other current Covid-19 practices.

If you are sick, we ask that you remain home until you are symptom and fever free.

If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, or have been asked to      quarantine by your doctor or the health department, please stay home until that time has passed.

We have hand sanitizer readily available and we ask that you wash your hands frequently while in the building.

We are still checking temperatures and screening for symptoms at the entrance.

We have no intentions of ever closing our doors. We have rearranged our sanctuary in order to properly social distance. And we hope to see you all Sunday!

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out via Facebook messenger or to our Social Media Coordinator Ayron Daugherty at her email address at admin@pottershouseohio.com.

"Church isn't where you meet. Church isn't a building. Church is what you do—Church is who you are. Church is the human outworking of the person of Jesus Christ. Let's not just go to church, let's be the church."     B. Willards

"So now you . . . are not visitors or strangers. Now you are citizens together with God’s holy people.  You belong to God’s family” (Ephesians 2:19).

You’re not just called to do. You’re called to belong.

The church isn’t an event. It’s not something you go to. The church is something you belong to. It’s a relationship. You’re called to be a part of a family with all the other people

God has called.

Belonging to the church will be one of the greatest blessings and sources of encouragement in your life. You don’t want to miss out on that.

WELCOME BACK!
