At the end of June / beginning of July, 9 people from the Ugandan churches labored with us for 4 days & also for our sister church in Nyakabanda.
Sunday morning we had 128 people. There were 32 people saved.
We thank Ugandan leader Pastor Richard Taddwa, pastors Bbonga & Ahimbisibwe and their churches for investing in Rwanda.
We had Pastor de Sain & his wife from Holland. After 4 powerful services in the other fellowship church, brother de Sain ministered Mon-Wed for us. Brother de Sain gave words to several people that were like he was reading a book about their lives. We had 2 services outside with 14 saved and many healed. The fellowship was a great blessing.
The 1st week of April we had Joe Zeable come from South Africa for revival. The outreaches were our best attended so far – one Saturday we had 20 people show up. We had to get more flyers made after that.
Sunday morning as the church was filling up we got hit by a powerful rain storm, which limited the attendance. The power went out and we struggled to communicate above the pounding rain on a tin roof. But the rain slowed as Joe began to preach about Heaven & Hell. And the good thing is: if it rains early its usually clear later.
So Sunday night we set up outside in the parking lot. We had 85 people with 25 saved. Many responded for deliverance from witchcraft. The next night we were outside again with 90 coming & 11 saved. Lots of people were healed.
Tuesday brother Zeable ministered powerfully on the blessing of giving. Wednesday he had the church lay hands on Jan & I. Since that time we have felt a breakthrough. Several people in the church have said the same.
Thanks to the investment of the Prescott church here in Rwanda & Pastor Zeable for the ministry & fellowship.
We recently had Pastor Rene Brabants from Belgium for 3 nights. We started on a Monday with 65 people, including 10 from our sister church in Nyakabanda.
People were saved & healed during the revival. It was a good time of fellowship.
We appreciate the the investment of Pastor Brabants in Rwanda.
We recently finished revival with Pastor Patrick Nyamai. He brought a drama team of eight people with him from Nairobi, Kenya.
The team witnessed in the neighborhoods around the church in the mornings. During the week, 220 people prayed for salvation.
We were able to have the evening services outside the church building in the parking lot. The attendance was between 125 and 150 people – most of those were adults. Patrick prayed for the sick each service and many people were healed.
One powerful miracle was a young girl who had not been able to walk for 3 days. The doctors could not explain why. She was carried into the service and put on the platform.
When we first laid hands on her legs she was wincing in pain. After prayer she stood up awkwardly, then began walking with little assistance!
We appreciate the individual investment of the team from Kenya and the support of the Prescott church.
